About the Role
As a Cloud / Infrastructure Engineer at Kamashka, you will design the foundation supporting our high-demand enterprise software platforms. You will architect multi-region hosting topologies, establish automated provisioning pipelines, harden network perimeters, and ensure business disaster recovery readiness.
Responsibilities
- ✓Architect resilient, scalable server topologies accommodating variable traffic spikes.
- ✓Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) and automated provisioning scripts.
- ✓Design database replication, automated snapshot schedules, and failover mechanisms.
- ✓Enforce network segmentation, zero-trust security postures, and encryption in transit and at rest.
- ✓Analyze cloud resource expenditures and implement cost optimization measures.
Technical Skills & Relevant Competencies
- ✓Comprehensive background in systems architecture, distributed computing, and Linux internals.
- ✓Demonstrated experience with modern cloud hosting environments and deployment architectures.
- ✓Strong understanding of relational database clustering and high-availability patterns.
- ✓Proficient with infrastructure automation, shell scripting, and containerization.
- ✓Deep understanding of networking protocols, load balancers, and CDN architectures.
