About the Role
As a .NET Backend Developer, you will develop enterprise web APIs, domain-driven services, and transactional databases using modern cross-platform .NET. You will implement robust authentication (ASP.NET Identity, OAuth2), write clean CQRS or repository patterns, and collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams.
Responsibilities
- ✓Develop performant, clean RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API.
- ✓Design relational schemas and manage complex migrations using Entity Framework Core.
- ✓Implement authentication and authorization policies using JWT, claims, and ASP.NET Identity.
- ✓Write unit and integration test suites using xUnit, Moq, and FluentAssertions.
- ✓Profile application memory and optimize LINQ queries to ensure low database latency.
Technical Skills & Relevant Competencies
- ✓Demonstrated experience with C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+ in web API environments.
- ✓Solid knowledge of Entity Framework Core and relational databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL).
- ✓Thorough understanding of REST architecture, dependency injection, and clean code principles.
- ✓Experience writing testable code with xUnit or NUnit.
- ✓Proficient with Git version control in collaborative team setups.
